One Eastwood Place design concept for 1 bedroom unit
Since we have narrow living room, we placed end to end mirror at the back of sofa to create illusion of space by reflecting the other side of the room.
To break the narrow-looking room, we installed lattice work to create partition/ division for dining and living room. This type of divider and screen will allow air conditioning or natural ventilation to flow freely around the room.
From existing and developer’s layout, the kitchen was placed in front of main door. This is a great opportunity to showcase the kitchen by adding glass mosaic tiles on splash board and custom-built bar counter that will also serve as breakfast nook.
